Complaints

We very much hope that both you and your child will be happy at Scouts.
If you do have any feedback or complaints, please ensure that we are told as quickly as possible. Initially, you should contact your child section team leader. If you cannot resolve your complaint with the section team leader, or if the complaint involves this person, please contact the Group Lead Volunteer.

The safety of children is our first concern; all adults are thoroughly checked, both by The Scout Association and by the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS). However, if you have the slightest suspicion of physical or sexual impropriety or bullying, please contact the Group Lead Volunteer immediately. Under no circumstance should you ever delay because of uncertainty. Your suspicions will be dealt with without delay and will be treated confidentially.
